Bill Phillips’ "Transformation Solution" Program Far Excceeds The Old “Body for Life” Program

As you likely already know Bill Phillips was the best-selling author of the very, very popular body transformation program called "Body for Life" that was realeased back in the year 1999.

It became one of the most popular health and fitness books ever published in the uber-competitive health, fitness, and nutrition field. Bill used to own the popular supplement company EAS, and the ‘Body for Life’ brands.

Bill Phillips is a recognized health public speaker and is considered a renowned expert when it comes to healthy lifestyles and body transformation.

Most recently, Phillips has turned his attention to America’s growing waistlines and our national health crisis. To demonstrate his commitment towards making the U.S.A. the world’s leading fitness nation, Bill has just released a groundbreaking audio-video package, anchored by his latest book:

Transformation Solution: The Mindset You Need, The Body You Want, The Life You Deserve.

Unlike his old book ‘Body for Life’, which concentrated primarily on physical fitness, 'Transformation Solution’ covers ALL the bases and delivers meaningful actions for the Mind, body, and most importantly the soul.

Bill Phillips really pushes the limits with his new Transformation Solution Program...

The 'Transformation Solution' Program in a Nutshell…

The basic outline for ‘Transformation Solution’ is really simple. While the U.S. struggles with unprecedented economic, financial, environmental, and terrorist threats, an even bigger obstacle looms over the horizon.

Our constantly-declining health and fitness levels are a ticking time bomb, with over a hundred-fifty million Americans living with painful, preventable problems that could be immediately solved via the right action plan.

Bill Phillips feels this downward spiral MUST stop...

So many 'chronic diseases' are caused by inactivity, overeating, and especially overeating processed "frankenstein foods" with chemical names you can't event pronounce or comprehend without a PHD in biochemistry...

In order to overcome illnesses like diabetes, depression, joint problems, and metabolic syndrome, Bill Phillips presents a life changing, 18 step, program that promises to heal, renew, and inspire. Among its major themes:

• Making regular physical activity and proper nutrition the cornerstone of your life.

• Overcoming unhealthy habits and addictions by ‘transforming’ your body, mind, and soul.

• Finding a real purpose in your life (Chapter 5- Lifetime Intentions.)

• Thinking positive thoughts and improving your attitude (Chapter 10 – Positive Mindset).

• Giving to yourself by helping others succeed (Chapter 17 – Making a Difference).

and much, much, more…

Phillips presents personal stories and testimonials to demonstrate how people have risen from the lowest depths to transform themselves, find emotional healing and discover true happiness.

Why should I bother listening to William Nathaniel “Bill” Phillips?

It is easy to question Bill Phillips' motives for writing ‘Transformation Solution’. After all, he is a businessman and prolific publisher. However, even multi-millionaires seek greater purpose in life (see Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, etc.), and for Bill, reaching out to Americans and others who desperately need to change direction is the greatest motivator.

To his credit, Bill Phillips does not sugarcoat his somewhat checkered past in “Transformation Solution”. In fact, he references his own steroid use as a twenty-something competitive bodybuilder, as well as the alcohol abuse that accompanied his rise as a successful entrepreneur in the 1990s and 2000s. Clearly, this is a man who has lived through many highs and lows, and can offer critical insights on forgiveness, responsibility, release, and atonement for past sins.

After twenty years of offering advice to thousands (millions?) of people worldwide, Phillips has the credentials to deliver the “transformation” message too often ignored and ridiculed by other fitness and nutrition experts. He has been a forceful advocate for children’s health, having worked with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). His own philanthropy is best demonstrated through his support of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, to whom he has donated over two million dollars.

By recognizing the contributions of various world cultures and religions, Bill Phillips reveals open-mindedness not always associated with modern day, self-improvement gurus. He seems perfectly at ease going back and forth between the scientific (i.e. Western) and ancient philosophical foundations of healing, meditation, gratitude, etc. Along with verifiable academic references at the back of the book, you will also find insights from the likes of Plato and Gandhi.

Who is "Transformation Solution" really for?

Phillips’ transformation message is a powerful one, and is not limited to any one demographic. Unless you have achieved complete physical, spiritual, and mental contentment in life, there will be at least one chapter (probably more) that speaks to you. However, if you are not completely convinced, here are some typical ‘transformation’ candidates:

• Successful entrepreneurs and professionals with a great family life, but are looking for something to take their lives to a whole new level.

• Middle-class folks working hard to keep a roof over their heads and food on the table; looking to “de-stress” and regain balance and harmony within.

• Anyone suffering from severe obesity or other physical/psychological problems and does not know where to turn.

Conclusion...

Bill Phillips Transformation Solution successfully integrates important life concepts in accessible, down-to-earth language. As a result, readers can grasp supposedly abstract concepts to make them part of their life-altering action plan. Without being overbearing or condescending, Bill encourages you to step back and rethink life from a whole new perspective.

At two-hundred plus pages, the Transformation Solution program may intimidate newcomers to the self-improvement and health awareness fields. Not to worry, though. Only one of the eighteen chapters (3. Right Nutrition) exceeds fifteen pages, and the book is well laid out so you can read one chapter per sitting and still get a whole lot out of it.

However, if you are like me, you’ll probably devour ‘Transformation Solution’ in one stretch, because Phillips’ insights into the ‘inner self’ will bring a smile to your face regardless of your current situation.

People just looking for physical exercise and/or nutritional programs should probably steer clear of ‘Transformation Solution’. A book like Phillips’ own ‘Body for Life’ is better suited for those goals. Still, even these folks should consider how true health and happiness manifests themselves from the inside out, not vice-versa.
